Your first hearing test appointment can take up to an hour. During this time your audiology professional will spend time understanding your concerns, they will test your hearing and then discuss potential next steps with you.

If you’ve had your hearing tested with us previously and are coming in for a recheck of your hearing, your appointment can take up to 45 minutes.

If you notice a sudden or gradual change in your hearing, it’s important to have your hearing checked as soon as possible, no matter your age. As far as keeping up your hearing appointments, we recommend having a hearing test every year if you’re over 40, or every two years if you’re under 40.

If you believe you are having difficulties with your hearing, hearing tests are free of charge. We can give you a comprehensive hearing assessment, discuss your options with you if you have hearing loss, and there’s no obligation for you to buy a hearing aid.
